Gradebook — all results at a glance
Who submitted what, how was it graded, where is something missing? The gradebook answers these questions per course, without you maintaining a single spreadsheet by hand.
What the gradebook does
Matrix per course
Rows are participants, columns are assignments and tests. Points and totals appear automatically once grading happens.
Always up to date
Every grade from assignments and tests lands in the gradebook without an extra step. Changes to a grade follow through immediately.
CSV export
One click exports the whole overview for Excel, LibreOffice or further processing in your administration.
For authorised eyes only
Teachers and course managers see the gradebook. Participants see exclusively their own grades.
The state of the course, any time
Instead of keeping lists, you open the gradebook tab: for every participant it shows which assignments and tests are graded and with how many points. Gaps stand out immediately, a missing submission or a free-text answer still waiting for its score.
Export for everything else
Report cards, certificates of attendance or the statistics of your institution rarely live in the same system. That is why the gradebook ships a clean CSV export that any spreadsheet opens.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to maintain the gradebook myself?
No. It feeds entirely off the grades of assignments and tests. Where nothing is graded, the cell stays empty.
Do participants see each other's grades?
No, never. Participants only see their own results in the respective assignments and tests.
Can I record grades from outside accora?
For oral grades or external work, export the gradebook as CSV and continue in your spreadsheet. A dedicated field for extra grades does not exist yet.
Does the export work with Excel?
Yes, the CSV export is made for Excel and LibreOffice and hardened against formula injection.
Grading without a shadow ledger?
We will show you the gradebook together with assignments and tests, using a sample course if you like.
